I was having issues with my gaming PC and was unable to load into games. I had another company look into the issue and they just rebooted my PC (which did not fix the issue). Luckily, I was able to find JM Computer Repairs and they were able to identify the issue and rectify it super quick. John provided excellent service he kept me informed throughout the troubleshooting phase and ensured I was confident that my PC had been repaired allowing me time to test the issue. I would highly recommend this service and will be using them for any further PC needs.
Had an issue with my Gaming PC where I was getting a bluescreen and whenever I would load up a game, the audio would cut off, become a screechy buzzing noise and my pc would restart. Brought my PC over and John realized the issue was my defective RAM Sticks straight away, gave me helpful tips, replaced the RAM Sticks and updated my BIOS settings in a timely manner. Very friendly service and John is extremely knowledgeable in all Tech aspects. Highly recommend.

I'm a first time customer and definitely will be a returning one in the future for sure! John was amazing throughout the whole process from giving me a quote to completely fixing my broken pc. His customer service was outstanding as he made me felt very comfortable, his technical skills are for sure trustworthy and quality as I dropped my pc off to him on the 19/10 around 1pm and was literally done in a couple of hours before closing hours at 5:30pm. I picked up next morning and was ready to go. He also helped me overclocked my pc and enable window's key as good will gesture since the team at windows wanted to charge me another $100 to give my windows product key. Overall I definitely recommend John to anyone who's looking to get their PC repaired as from what I've experienced his process was very professional.
