All deposits that are made are non refundable on all orders. Due to the fact that we have gone out of our way to order the products in for you. All store purchase will be refunded in store credit or gift vouchers ONLY. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS.
We do not refund or exchange for change of mind or wrong product. We will only refund or exchange within 7 days of the invoiced date if item has been wrongly described. For any services that are done on any computers however SOFTWARE PROBLEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY ANY WARRENTY. Warranty is only supplied on hardware purchases / installations. For any data back up, we do not take any responsibility.
If PC’s or laptops are left here for a period of 7 days from date of completed repair there will be a $10 storage or late payment fee charged per 7 days for a maximum period of 3 months. After the 3 month period has ended your PC will remain the property of JM COMPUTER REPAIRS.
We will not be responsible for any equipment left here for more than 7 days
